CANCELLATION
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.


RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)
100% Money Back Guarantee, our return policy is 14 days. Purchases made online can be returned for free. Once the returned item arrives back in Tobehighest’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

Returns must include all accessories:
1.Items must include original packaging
2.For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs
3.Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements


REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account, as per your request.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
